After you have purchased your plan, you'll get a welcome email from me along with pre-plan preparations for me to get to know you and your goals a little better. After a few days you will be sent your workout/macro plan.
This plan includes coaching! So we will be in constant communication throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns, we will address them and reconfigure the plan accordingly!
